Carola Dertnig’s film about the democraticSummerhill School in Suffolk is concerned with thechallenges of adolescents, with their right to have a saye and to be taken seriously. Using the macheteof performative wile, Dertnig treks through the contemporary jungle of educational models and withhumor and verve investigates the relationship between   children and adults.
